작품으로의 완전한 몰입 상태, ’Free Immersion’을 의미하는 FIM은 2024년 8월 서울 한남동 유엔 빌리지 초입에 개관했다. FIM은 국내외의 역량 있는 젊은 미술 작가들이 자신의 작업에 완전히 몰입할 수 있도록 지원하고 관객들에게 깊이 있는 예술 경험을 제공하기 위해 설립되었다. 우리는 긴밀한 소통을 통해 잠재력 있는 작가들의 실험적인 시도와 성장을 함께하며, 해외 갤러리 및 큐레이터와의 협력으로 차별화된 프로그램과 높은 수준의 전시를 선보이기 위해 꾸준히 연구할 것이다.

‘FIM’ stands for ‘Free Immersion,’ which refers to a state of complete immersion into an artwork. Founded in August 2024 at the entrance of UN Village in Hannam-dong, Seoul, FIM was established to support talented emerging artists’ experimental endeavors and growth through a variety of domestic and international programs, including exhibitions. FIM endeavors to foster close communication and ongoing efforts to ensure that the artists we collaborate with can realize their potential and grow and to present high-level, distinctive exhibitions, and maintain dynamic collaborations with overseas galleries and curators.
